General Return Policy

  • Riveca products are made to delight. However, as opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • Our products are customized and may include personal messages, gift sets, or uploaded images. Hence, returns due to preference change are not allowed.
  • Riveca is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or application of the product. We recommend patch tests for products, where applicable.

📦 Refund Policy

  • We are not liable for damage post-delivery unless substantiated with proper proof.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory with original packaging to claim refunds for missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
  • To claim a refund, email us at info@riveca.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9211607975 with subject line “Refund for Order #[Your Order ID]” along with clear images and videos of the issue.
  • If the package is tampered or visibly damaged, refuse delivery immediately and inform us within 24 hours.
  • If the order shows as delivered but hasn't been received, inform our team within 3 days of the delivery status.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to logistics partners.
  • Refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If approved, refunds can take up to 15 days from the approval date to reflect in your account.

🔁 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in rare cases of product damage (leakage, breakage, or incorrect items) during transit.
  • Customer must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery in such cases. Claims made after this window will not be eligible.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be deducted on paid order cancellations.
  • Refund for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If returned after shipping, ₹75 will be deducted as handling charges.
