1. Can I return or exchange a customized gift box?

No, since our gift boxes are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless damaged during transit. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details.

2. What if my gift set arrives damaged or with missing items?

In such rare cases, you must share an unboxing video and images within 24 hours of delivery at info@riveca.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9211607975.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. A 2.5% gateway fee may be applicable. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. When will I receive my refund?

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 7–15 working days depending on the payment method.

5. Are the gift messages and uploaded photos mandatory?

No. While you can personalize your gift with a message and photo, these are completely optional. You must, however, select 3 products to complete your gift box.

6. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email once your order is shipped. You can also contact our team to get a live update.

7. What payment options are available?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking.

8. Is Cash on Delivery available on all orders?

No, CoD is not available currently.

9. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver pan-India using reliable logistics partners. Delivery time varies between 3–7 business days based on your location.

10. Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes, if you're a business buyer, mention your GSTIN during checkout and your invoice will include the GST details.
